AXIS is intended to be a friendly, enjoyable and useful experience, but as with anything concerning any kind of transactions there are risks involved and we strongly advise you to understand all of these terms before joining. If you spot a service that you feel is violating the general terms and conditions of this web-site as stated below please let us know by contacting us.

RIGHTS TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE

You agree that AXIS, in its own discretion, may terminate any listing or use of the service immediately and without notice if (a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of AXIS (b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term (c) You have listed a suspicious item (d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.

YOUR CONDUCT

You are solely responsible for the contents of your listings on axismentorship.com. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.

You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.

Membership on services.espot.io is only available to those you can form a legally binding contract. This web-site does not permit minors (under 16) to register. If any member fails to signup with their correct age the account will be terminated immediately.

GENERAL TERMS

This site acts as the window for sellers to sell or for buyers to purchase seller’s products and services.  You acknowledge that you are purchasing a product or service via the services.espot.io marketplace and that the transaction is being facilitated by axismentorship.com on behalf of the seller and abiding by all of the seller’s terms,conditions, and refund/cancellation policies.   You also acknowledge that you must abide by the individual refund or cancellation policy that has been made between you and the seller directly.  As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchases of items they have bid on. In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretence.

ESPOT shall not be responsible for any items sold on services.espot.io, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller. This web-site shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained.

ESPOT assumes no liability for the content of the listings. However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can.

Laws.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, United States of America.

REFUND POLICY

If you need to cancel a purchase, be sure to follow these guidelines.

Each Seller on the AXIS marketplace can have their own refund and cancellation policies explained in their product listing on axismentorship.com.  The terms, conditions, and refund/cancellation policy listed on tis page will serve as the defaults for services.espot.io and its Sellers.  

AXIS will process the refund according to the policy outlined herein and may have additional rules if oulined on the Sellers page as listed on axismentorship.com.  Seller’s Payment and Return policy, less administrative fees. Note, it can take up to 10 business days for a return to be processed by services.espot.io and its merchant processor. 

When a Seller cancels a paid booking or service, AXIS will process the refund for the full amount of the purchase, and possibly  including administrative fee.. The Seller will pay AXIS an administrative fee regardless of the quantity of bookings in the Listing that is canceled.

Refunds will be processed through AXIS’s payment processor directly to make the refund for the duration of your agreement with services.espot.io and its Seller.

Some products offered through the Site may be fulfilled by third party sellers (“Marketplace Sellers”). Products offered by Marketplace Sellers are identifiable by the terms “Sold by Seller … ” on the product information page. If you purchase a product from a Marketplace Seller, we share certain information with that Marketplace Seller in order to permit the Marketplace Seller to fulfill your order, process refunds or cancellations, and provide customer service.

By purchasing a product from any of our Marketplace Sellers, you acknowledge that all Marketplace orders will be fulfilled by the third party Marketplace Seller and not by axismentorship.com. On your payment processing statement you will see that the product is purchased through axismentorship.com.  To find out any specific information on the products purchase you can visit your account purchase history by logging in atservices.espot.io. The purchase information, return policy, and customer service information for a Marketplace Seller can be found on the product page. AXIS will process and be responsible for processing, refunds, cancellation, returns, and customer service related to your Marketplace order on behalf of the Seller. You should contact the Marketplace Seller directly via the contact information provided on the product page for any inquiries or customer service issues related to the Marketplace Seller’s products.
